Terms of service
ORDER ACCEPTANCE: Alkalize ur Life (AuL) reserves the right to accept or reject an order request. Possession of a price sheet or a product catalog shall not be construed as an offer to sell the product listed. AuL sells wholesale and retail and sell to end users. These terms and conditions shall be considered a part of all accepted orders and accepted purchase orders. Most orders will require a down payment.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF ORDER: Orders are processed as they are received. Once an order is in process (or production), add-ons (or change of orders) may hold up shipment of the original order (or build), or may be shipped as a separate order. Buyer’s add-ons or changes to orders are subject to AuL acceptance. Cancellations are subject to AuL acceptance and may incur a 35% restocking fee.
CUSTOM EQUIPMENT: Custom equipment is subject to the terms and conditions detailed on the separate AuL quote form and will require a down payment.
PRICES: Products are sold at prices currently in effect at time of order. AuL reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice and without updating published material on our website, other promotional pages or in print. Freight costs are for the customer’s account.
DELIVERY: Stock items distributed by AuL or the manufacturer are generally shipped within 1 to 4 working days after receiving of payment. Additional time is required on special orders, large orders, or items not stocked. AuL is not responsible for delays due to conditions beyond our control. Orders will be delayed, or not processed, where accounts are found delinquent and no arrangements have been made with the Credit Department to settle the account.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: (See invoice for other arrangements)
1. Via Wire/Bank Transfers (50% at placing order and 50% before shipping/at installation)
2. Via Credit Card (50% at placing order and 50% before shipping/at installation), 3% of total order will be added on Credit Card orders. A minimum purchase requirement of $250 is necessary to help defer or waive handling fee.
MAINTENANCE AND FILTER CHANGING: All maintenance and filter changing of the Systems sold, installed or serviced by AuL, will be performed by authorized personnel only. Maintenance and Filter Changing (Under the sink and any big blue) should be performed between 6 months and 12 months after system startup and commissioning. Warranty will be suspended and AuL will not be responsible or liable for any malfunction or low quality/pH of water after the 12th month of startup and commissioning of the System, or after the 12th month following every subsequent Maintenance/Service, or if Maintenance/Service is performed by any individual/company not authorized by AuL.. There is a $75 fee to reinstate the warranty for any system that requires Maintenance and Filter Changing between 6 to 12 months.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL: AuL does not offer refunds after installation. Please refer to Damage, Defective and Limited Warranty sections above.
