Refund policy

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: AuL is not responsible for damage or loss to a shipment by a freight carrier. Check shipments for damage before acceptance or note on freight bill "Subject to inspection for concealed damage." Consignee is responsible for filing a claim with the freight carrier for any and all damages or losses. Return of Damaged Goods will not be authorized.

DEFECTIVE GOODS & WARRANTY PROCESSING: An item claimed for warranty consideration will be reviewed and approved for AuL management only. AuL and its manufacturers reserve the right to repair or replace defective merchandise. If pre-warranty replacement merchandise has been sent and the warranted goods are repairable, the repaired product will be returned to you at our expense and the prewarranty invoice will be for your account. If the warranted product is not repairable, a replacement will be considered. If the warranty consideration is denied, all expenses are for your account.

LIMITED WARRANTY: Products sold by AuL are warranted by the manufacturer to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the system startup and commissioning, however AuL offers up to 10 years responsibility and liability to the replacement of parts and labor/installation on all water softening/conditioning systems, and 1 year on all Reverse Osmosis and Alkaline Systems, extendable yearly. AuL will not be liable for any cost arising from removal, installation, transportation or any other charges that may arise in connection with the warranty claim. Products and/or system components sold by AuL and manufactured by others are subject to the warranty provided by the manufacturer of said products and/or components and not by AuL’s warranty. AuL will not be liable for damage to products caused by incorrect operation, misuse, abuse, unauthorized alteration, repair, accident or if products were not installed by AuL authorized personnel. AuL will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising from installation, use or any other causes.
